Very nice display , good battery life when charged. Has a rather stiff plug in and the charging cord is short.

Apple new iPad 9 generation 10.2 is great. Using a mini but need something a little bigger but not so heavy that this senior citizen would find hard to handle. 10.2 so far is doing the job,especially reading star advertiser daily

This IPad is the perfect size at 10.2 inch. I love the space gray color as it should hide scratches. The color on the screen is nice and sharp as well as brilliantly bright. The use in start up is easy and pairs with my apple phone well.

I needed to upgrade my 32GB ipad and I was able to find the 9th generation, 64GB that I was looking for. BestBuy employee helped me find what I wanted. I was able to trade in the old Ipad for the new one. The employee wiped clean my traded in ipad while i was there watching the whole process. After trade in and Best Buy practice of meeting another vendor's price, I was able to purchase what i was shopping for and at a very reasonable price. From my point of view, BestBuy is the place to shop and purchase.

I couldn’t resist buying this when it went on sale. I needed a tablet to replace an outdated device (ASUS tablet) that no longer was receiving updates. Both the speed and audio/visual qualities are excellent, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Using the Best Buy curbside service was also a plus! I definitely recommend.

This is very light weight and very easy to use. I watch my movies on it with no problem.

I am so finicky when it comes to electronics, especially tablets, I have tried Surface, a boatload of Android slates, and pretty much every iPad of every size. The thing is, ultimately, no one makes a tablet that is equally perfect as well as boring as Apple. Sure, Android makers, despite their major flaw of being splintered (especially when it comes to OS support) are risk takers (honestly, the closest tablet out there to the iPad in terms of speed, reliability, and support is from Samsung). They are willing to try different things, and some of them are cool and useful (That Galaxy Tab S9 tho!) But the iPad, well, besides a few changes here and there, is dull, dependable, will last for years, and are bullt well. The 9th gen continues that trend, even tho I had to take a star off because the battery life leaves MUCH to be desired (usually I am charing it every day while other post-2021 Samsung tablets are good for a couple of days). Talking that caveat aside, if you want a dependable portable slate you can't go wrong with this most affordable (2022 model; they changed the look and hiked the price big time on the 10th gen) iPad.

Bought this as a gift for my son. It’s a very nice size screen and he uses it a lot. He really likes drawing on it using the drawing apps. And its battery life is great.

We love the size of this iPad. It is perfect for around the house. Good speed, too. Only problem was delivery time. We were promised in 3 days and it took 12. Very disappointing for BestBuy. Customer Service lacking.

Bought this as a replacement for a older iPad mini. Have been fully pleased with it and am impressed by the vivid colors of the screen. Plays YouTube and other videos flawlessly. Very pleased with the price and the ease of set up.

Bought this iPad when it was on sale. Great sale price with added no interest payment when using your bb card. Even thought it is the least expensive iPad, it does the job.
