So far the iPad has been great. Purchased it for my mother so I did not need anything fancy. She uses it for social media and surfing the web.

I have an older IPad5 that needed a new battery. Why replace the battery just a few dollars more , I purchased a new IPad9. The IPad9 is more faster and better features .You can get two accessories for the IPad9. A writing pen and a keyboard. I never have any problem purchasing any Items from Best Buy.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 80 year old parents. The set up was easy since my mom has an iPhone. So far it has been easy for her to use. My Dad is an invalid and this iPad allows them so many options for various things such as games, watching church on YouTube, FaceTiming with family, making demonstration videos for those who care for my dad and kindle for my mom!! So far, it’s been great!

Beautiful device! I'm an Android fan, but have to admit, this is a great tablet. Fast with great battery life and nice screen.

I bought two of these iPads. One for me and one for my Wife. We both use them regularly. They are great! The screen is a nice size and it’s easy to use. The price point was spot on too!

I love this device. Easy to use and very easy to turn in the time each week for my crew members and to send in receipts to the office. I like using it versus using my phone.

My child loves his device. Easy for an 8yr to navigate. Colors are amazing!

This was a trade in for me I had a 6th generation up graded to this one. I had a gold so the facing was white. I’m still getting used to the black.(hope they make this model in gold color)us females like the white.I love the bigger size though. Didn’t need the headphone jack on this model it’s useless, after it was taken off the older models why was it added back on.over all I love my apple products no real cons.you have to know which model to buy for your own personal use.

Can’t go wrong here as the price is right, display is great and the performance is what you would expect from Apple.

I recently purchased myself one of thes new iPads as my iPad Mini was several years old. My son-in-law had an even older iPad so...I bought him one of these too! It is fast. Real fast. It is just what he both wanted and needed. He likes it a LOT!

I absolutely love my iPad. It’s so convenient it’s the perfect size it performs flawlessly. Apple makes the best products I could never use anything else. I have everything. iPhone, Apple Watch AirPods, three HomePod minis. I absolutely love being part of the Apple world.

Debated between 8th and 9th gen versions. For 100 more the 9th gen was well worth it. Love the fact that screen runs up to the edge and no more physical button.just like the latest versions of the phone. Added bonus was the best buy trade in program credit. Made it very easy to upgrade. recommend!

Let’s start with saying this has been a great experience. We have bought this I pad in September of 2023 and we are now in February of 2024 and this thing gets used everyday all day with out any issues whats so ever. Holds charge and all. 10 out of 10 recommended Thanks Best buy.

We purchased this as the last 2018 ipad went out of commission, so we purchased this new ipad. It is very basic, but we like the quality, speed, and graphics on this ipad. This is probably the last ipad that is underneath $300 when it goes on sale and is still being affordable to the average American family.
