Apple IPad and Best Buy Customer Service

I made a claim to have them replace it with a working tablet and they refused. They took my money without my authorization so I would pay double the money for the same product. I do not recommend buying from Best Buy, customer service is very bad.

Misinformation

I was misinformed by an employee stating I was purchasing a similar product. I traded in a tablet with cellular only to get a tablet with WiFi only. That does not even compare. I want something similar to what I paid for.

Display glass cracking

I’ve heard many people complaining about this problem. Unfortunately for me, my iPad doesn’t have warranty.it’s just less than 2 months old.
