However, I was surprised that the image does not fill the screen of this larger screen more than the previous model with a smaller screen.

Nobody understands or hardley speaks English. When try ing to explain the situation they have no idea what your talking about or what yo do. Then they just disconnect you. Ill never buy anything from Best buy again. I plan to spread the word.

However I ordered 2 - one for each of my children for Christmas. The second iPad never arrived and Best Buy customer service did nothing to help me get another one before Christmas. I spent hours on hold multiple times before I was able to get a refund.

I could be on it for 5 minutes and it has already went down 10% or more. Sadly I was away and when I got home I got received it but it was too late to return.
