    The iPad I received is great. However I ordered 2 - one for each of my children for Christmas. The second iPad never arrived and Best Buy customer service did nothing to help me get another one before Christmas. I spent hours on hold multiple times before I was able to get a refund.

    Great IPad for a home bound person. Can play games, surf internet, and read books. Brother uses it in the hospital.

    I love it but it dies so quick. I could be on it for 5 minutes and it has already went down 10% or more. Sadly I was away and when I got home I got received it but it was too late to return.

    You have the worse customer service i have ever had to deal with. Long holds on the phone. Nobody understands or hardley speaks English. When try ing to explain the situation they have no idea what your talking about or what yo do. Then they just disconnect you. Ill never buy anything from Best buy again. I plan to spread the word.

    You gave me the wrong case/cover for the iPad. The iPad is fine but my grandson opened the package up last week and the iPad cover I purchased from you dosent fit. It’s past the return date now
