Wrong case/cover was purchased

The iPad is fine but my grandson opened the package up last week and the iPad cover I purchased from you dosent fit. It’s past the return date now

Not an Apple fan

I tend towards PC and Android and this is the first Apple product in a bit. I am amazed and how the software doe not play well w other systems. I missed the return window due to a personal ussue. After wasting days trying to have it do what I bought it for, i will be giving this away.
