my son told me about this iPad and the price - he bought one and really liked it for his graphic design business. I decided to buy one for my personal use and after getting it home I went back online and ordered another one for my grandson! Best Buy ordering online and picking up in store was great!

I loved using my Ipad 9 for taking notes and digital planning. the one down side and reason for the a lower rating was that with my goodnotes app, i couldn't use the transcribe function because the the processor did not support it. But other then that, I loved my ipad and took it everywhere I went.

This iPad works perfect for me as tattoo artist I use it mainly for inspiration and procreate runs like a champ also perfect for some movies and YouTube clean display

Before getting this ipad, I had the Gen 8. Since I liked the Gen 8, I knew I wanted something similar, so it made perfect sense to get this ipad. Its fast, runs programs like Procreate very well, and has double the storage of the 8! Its great!

I was looking for a newer updated version of the iPad that had the center bottom button so my elderly mom (89 y/o) could use it to color by numbers, puzzles and play dominos and much more. They worked AWESOME and she loves spending countless hours playing with it. So happy with this purchase!!

love the picture and weight color is very brillant and I enjoy the easy use. I got it at a good price would not exchane for any other pad. it is very light weight snf easy to use, will try to upgrade when a new one comes out if I can afford

perfect for what i needed. streams with no issues ever, holds several movies i downloaded, and still lets me play games with no lagging or issues. love it!!

I buy all of my electronics at Best Buy. I love my new iPad. I had the 7th gen, and space and battery life were struggling after over 3 years. Black Friday was the perfect time to trade in! I was surprised by all the black on the edges of the screen, it makes the actual screen area seem smaller overall, but it is what it is. The resolution is amazing, and the speed is much better. I want to say a shout out to Dante in the Chattanooga store. It was because of his help the previous day, that I went back in and made this purchase. He answered all my questions, dealt with my concerns, and was so very helpful. I am a senior, so getting guidance from a great employee like him is key for me. Thank you!

Bought this as a gift for my son. It’s a very nice size screen and he uses it a lot. He really likes drawing on it using the drawing apps. And its battery life is great.

This product does everything I need and it was so affordable! At almost 70, it had to be easy to set up and easy to use. Thank you Best Buy for the best price!
