I-Pad 9th Generation

I had difficulty downloading all data from the cloud and could not receive I-Messages from the I-Phone. Several phone inquiries with Apple support. Best Buy confirmed problems and exchanged the unit with a new one.

Good device bad service

I had this for 6 months, the home button sunk in, detached from the glass. Apple wouldn’t cover it under warranty saying it was caused by accidental damage. The iPad was used as any other device would be used.

Note Taking and Content Viewing

bad delivery company

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i never got it. i live in a gated community and your delivery company tried to enter through the rear resident gate. when he couldn't and didn't follow the instructions to enter through the main gate, he returned the ipad. when days passed and i didn't receive it, i called best buy over a week ago to redeliver to my business address and still it has not been received.

We returned the first one when received the second one it bent too. Not sure if the quality is not good or there is another issue we are unaware of.
