Very Slow and Lagging

Check the size carefully, new shape

I bought this as a replacement for an older iPad and based on the information here I expected it would be the same size. It arrived and I didn't have time to deal with it, I go to open it now, it won't fit in the keyboard folio I have, or anything else I own, it's a totally unique size, and I'm five days past the return date. So apparently I have to spend $150 on a new keyboard. I'm so frustrated I could just scream.

Touchscreen doesn’t work after 1 day

On Wednesday, the touchscreen didn’t work. Couldn’t restart it as instructed by Apple. Advised to let the battery die and then hope that I can restart it after that. Was told by geeksquad that this is jot an uncommon problem.

Best Buy state it would arrive Wednesday when I bought it. It showed up the Saturday before. It was stolen off my porch. I called they stated they would resend it. It showed up in my order then they canceled it. No longer will I be a Best Buy customer. They lied to me.
