This was an open item purchase. It was shipped barely wrapped in bubble wrap and the iPad was on. When I started setting up the iPad it had black lines going through the middle of it. This was a open item like new.

It's nicely made but not very good at anything. This only exists so you'll be disappointed and go buy the more expensive version.

I'd NEVER buy an apple product. This iPad is dead within 13 months of using. Called Apple support and it says most possibly the battery is dead, which would cost around $110 and if there's any other parts wrong that'd be $250. These products are simply jokes! I own an Apple TV which performs wayyy inferior than a $40 Amazon Fire stick when it comes to full 4K with Dolby sound.

Oh I'm planning on an Apple product it's no different from Android can't tell the difference so I pay more

The scammers got me. And shame on you guys for not asking for ID just because you have a barcode that's bull crap so these scammers got me for nearly $500 from you.

Its been just month and few days I ordered from best buy, now they decreased price by $50, and they dont want to match price. Really upset about their policy. Would never recommend to buy frm best buy

The iPad is the most wanted device for kids and is recommended. However, I hate the Apple lighting charging cable. It uses USB C to lighting charging.

Best Buy proved to be disappointing as my package was stolen. Despite their claim of delivery, they failed to confirm the correct address. Regrettably, Best Buy neither refunded my two iPads nor took any steps to investigate the situation. I strongly advise against making purchases from them.

I am not satisfied I placed my order on Dec 19th and still never got it put in for a refund and haven’t got that either and the sad part about it all is it was a Christmas gift for my baby..I’ve done chat and called numerous of times even asked to speak to a supervisor and it never happened

Battery not working out the box. This guy s the3 Ed iPad I’ve gotten that was. NEW and didn’t work. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed not only did I not receive this item but also had to pay for it.This is the most haunting moment when I buy online.

Unfortunately, I did not get to use the iPad I ordered because it never got delivered to my address. Best Buy refused to send me a replacement, refund my money or initiate an investigation about the missing iPad with FedEx. I will never order anything from this company again.

The battery dont last long when playing games. Coul have came with longer battery life between charging
