    Absolutely worst customer service ever. Instead of putting my gift card balance back per their terms they put them into one physical instead. 20 business days to get my money back.

    Got $8 off for an open box that they did not tell you was missing the charger until I tried to pick it up. New charger was $30. Save $8 to missing $30 part. Item returned and I ordered a new one.

    Cmon apple, make a built in calculator app for ipad. Pretty lazy to not have this and extremely annoying that i had to waste my time sifting thru 3rd party calculator apps in app store trying to find something that was free, had no ads, and wasnt malware.

    Did not receive the order. Waited all day at home for delivery by Shipt, only to find out they returned the item to the store to be refunded. It’s been over 10 ways and no refund yet!

    Apple is great, iPads are great. Best Buy unfortunately is the worst. Never got my product but still had to pay for it, thank you Best Buy for your horrible customer service
