Never got my product but still had to pay for it, thank you Best Buy for your horrible customer service

I was told it was the latest model but from what I’ve seen looking at it doesn’t have the same features as anything else as the one I was looking into.

Don't like Apple

But I have to buy it because of my kids. I had the 7th generation last year, it stopped working for no reason, and when I tried to contact Apple, they said it cost $250 to fix it. Man, it's like buying a new iPad.
