They were brand new out of the box and not refurbished for Christmas gift to my grandkids. They were very excited and happy. I was going to purchase it through Apple but when I saw Best Buy was a little bit less expensive. I went ahead with Best Buy and.Zip purchasing nap very user-friendly made it easier for me to purchase it with easy payment plan. Thank you very much. Ruben R

Kept looking for sales and am I glad that I found this. The processing speed is super quick, the display is a good size, the on screen picture is very sharp. The photos it takes are far superior to anything I had before. Finally, an added perk that I was unaware of was that it sinks with my Iphone so I don't have to toggle between the two
