He loves it and tries to take it everywhere with him. It run so smooth compared to the Fire HD 10 and allows him to operate all of learning apps just as smoothly. The biggest feat we like as parents is the control of content that you have. Awesome buy and for the price at this time was even better. Thanks for the deal Best Buy.

New iPad after returning 1 of the 1st purchased

Went to apple store and got a new one as the issue is not fixable and we were still within the warranty. Checked the other two but so far they are working as expected. Battery life expectancy of the one with issues after almost an entire day charging was 2-3 hours in full use at most sometimes less. New one is lasting 7 hours plus at full use. Overall satisfied with Apple's customer service team and the new iPad.
