We do not keep up with updates and latest releases but just so happened into Best Buy to purchase a new iPad for my husband - on the day prior to the new release of the 10.2-inch model. We got so much more than we bargained for with the amazing new iPad but with great customer service - a young man who really listened to our needs and pointed us to make a purchase that was far more value and a lot less money than we had intended to spend that day! The iPad was shipped to our home the next day - day of release!!

I had an older iPad and it was getting slow so I traded it in for the 9th gen what a difference. I am a heavy iPad user and the price point on this fit my budget. It works flawlessly and does what I need it to do. In the future I could see me doing everything I need to on a IPAD Pro and eliminating my desktop.

This is one of the nicest gifts I could ever receive for sure!I had polio as a child, and now that I’m older it has returned as post polio. It’s hard to walk, and not easy to climb stairs! My husband got me this IPad because our computer is upstairs. So thankful that I have it and can take it anywhere I go easily! I bought this Ipad to replace an older Nook ereader. The screen is, of course ,much larger and therefore way more readable . The clarity and color just blows away the Nook , also. All my pre downloaded books from my Nook transferred just by logging in to my account. I also watch Youtube vids and they are of very high quality with brilliant colors. The sound is much improved and I don't have a need for earbuds at this time. As my laptop ages out I can see this Ipad with its attachable (by magnets) folio keyboard serving as a replacement. All in all I'm super happy and excited about this purchase!

Nought this Ipad for my granddaughter last year for Christmas and she never puts it down. Best thing I could've ever bought her. She uses it to do her Iready and other school assignments. The battery life is AWESOME!!

I love how quickly they were able to get it to me. It came a whole two days earlier was a gift for my wife since her old iPad was not working the way it was supposed to and it just was so perfect. Worked perfectly looks good ship and great packaging. Recommend ordering from Best Buy. Not to mention I saved over 150 bucks on it between the promotion and gift cards I had.
