Ordered online for in store pickup. Couldn't have went smoother. the iPad itself is great. Crystal clear display. Easy to set up with the apps. Super fast connection. So far so good.

Great performance. The iPad we purchased is very consistent with its performance. I would recommend this particular product to anyone, whether a first time buyer, or a seasoned veteran who has owned previous iPads.

First sales assoc. was wearing a back-pack and wandering looking at merchandise so I believed he was on a break. I asked him for help and told him I was interested in an iPad. The iPad I was interested in did not have a charge and I could not look at the screen so I asked him if there was a way to turn it on and his reply was something to the effect of “why do you want to do that?” He seemed very uninterested and conversed very little. I left to find an iPad at another supplier due to his attitude. I did eventually return and spoke with another sales associate who did a great job! The iPad works great and the price was fair.

I don't use iPads, but my son can't live without one. He dropped his old one and I quickly replaced it. He is happy and I will get the other screen replaced so he has a backup. Best Buy had a great price.

It’s my wife’s new iPad and we need to get used to it because it has so many new features to work with. So far it’s working great and a lot faster than the old iPad.

Wanted to do something nice for my parent since they both have Samsung Tablets and wanted to upgrade those for them. Decided to go with an iPad and they both were surprised by this gift and love how fast it is.

Great iPad even if it’s a model 2 years old. Works great for what I use it for. Mainly streaming and for use when my phone is not near me or drained. Great for sale price, would recommend over the newest version. They do the same things essentially.

I bought two of these for Xmas. They have worked great and are easy to use. My daughter loves hers. She uses it a lot for watching shows and games etc. I don’t use mine as much as I thought I would. It works great though.

After spending almost an hour on the phone with Best Buy customer service with a billing problem we decided to go to the store. To be honest I expected the worst. I was greeted by Vanessa & Candy who took their time and listened to me. They then rectified my issue. These two employees are professional and obviously take pride in their work. With employees like this I will continue to use this store.

I use this Ipad to color and draw on procreate it works amazing. Super glad I went with this version

Bought this for my son he loves it! Now when we’re on the road he has this to watch movies/play games.

We are king time Apple users. This is my wife’s 5th iPad. Very well made. Very fast processor! My wife does not use a computer. So that is her computer. The colors are great. Also I was very pleasantly surprised that it came with USB C Charger cable and had the wall charger!

Reasonably priced. Fast and responsive. Good camera. Does what I need it to do.

Its an iPad, kind of the only choice for a tablet. You could get something cheaper that's much worse if you want. But why would you do that? Maybe if it was free. It's a tablet though, if you're going to buy a tablet get an iPad... Duh. We use ours to keep kids from going ham in restaurants. And it does that.
