Bad customer service in Greenville NC

I bought this iPad for myself for my birthday. I went back the next day just to swap out the keypad cause it seemed to be a little heavy. I had my receipt all I wanted was to exchange for a pen and a less heavy cover. The manager told me no and if I returned it she would not sell it back to me for the price I paid. She was so nasty to me for no reason. It made me cry and I will never go back and I will forever tell this story.

Nice alternative to iPhone

Was able to transfer all of my data and get it up and running quickly. Happy with the quality. It is nice to have a larger screen when travelling and not have to bring my laptop

The Best Ever

I actually use it for work being that I travel

iPad Purchase

The set up was easy and she is utilizing for non-work purposes such as reading, managing finances and keeping current with news happenings. The iPads screen is clear and the speed is so much faster than her previous tablet. As usual, Best Buy service was great and they are an authorized Apple service provider.
