Works for everything I need it for and holds up well. 3 years later and still works like new.

Surprised my husband with this gift for Christmas because he was always playing his games on his phone. He loves it. He’s able to use it when he works from home as well to access his emails & work apps while simultaneously using his desktop. We often sit in bed & play our games at night & we both really enjoy it. He really enjoys it!

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. So far it works great! Best Buy has been wonderful with answering questions I had. Price and service were both great!!

The new iPads are working great! Our high schoolers, and one college freshman are delighted. Perfect gift for the kiddos over the holidays!!!!!

I love this product. I purchased to help my 5 year old autistic son (non-verbal) communicate with us. It is easy to navigate and we can make icons larger. The battery life is pretty good too and charges quickly.

Excellent battery life. Upgraded an old iPad for one of my children and it works great. Hours of entertainment when on the road!

We purchased an iPad 9 and within a few days it began to have problems. I took it into the local Best Buy Geek Squad and they replaced it with a new unit and gave an $80 'on sale' refund also. The new unit is working fine. Guess we just got a defective one the first time. It can happen. The service was great.

I bought this 10.2" iPad for a little boy's xmas present. He is quite a smart little boy and he is able to easily turn the iPad on and off. He normally connects with Wi-Fi and watches U-Tube videos he likes about T-Rex. In addition to this I notice he is able to take really good pictures and videos for his age.

I bought this iPad to replace an old one that no longer could complete new updates to iOS. It’s not the fanciest and fastest but certainly is. Better than the one I replaced. I was given a $35 gift card from Best Buy for trading in my very old IPad. More than Apple would given me. With all the discounts and sales I received it made it very affordable.

So far, no complaints. Works well as expected. Excellent battery life.

This is my first iPad & I’m so glad I finally got one. I love being able to bring it anywhere including work. I’ve had iPhone for years but never an iPad or their computers. Now I know when I need to get a new computer I’ll be getting an apple one. I would also recommend getting the Logitech cover that comes a keyword.
