Zero issues. The processes was great, as the wait line was backed up due to high volume of online purchases. Talked with the employees, got bumped up and a manger personally went and got my device, and stayed to make sure I got any other assistance I needed.

Ideal iPad for casual users

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present who is using it with a few apps (games/puzzles, etc), a couple of social media apps, and web surfing (maybe email). Didn't need a huge amount of storage, so this was perfect. Much more you could do with it if you wanted. Screen size is ideal and for the price, can't go wrong. She admitted how much she has really enjoyed it.

Great supplement for a student

I love using this as a supplement to my laptop, writing notes (using the logitech crayon) during class or on top of presentations, highlighting pdfs, etc. It has really helped me be a better student. I don't save a lot to the hard drive because most of my documents live in the cloud or on my laptop so space has not been an issue.

More GB for Same Price... GREAT DEAL!!

Great move on their part! The camera follows you on Facetime giving you more range of movement. The resolution is more clear too. Its almost live looking...lol! Great investment for mini computer usage. Definitely get a keyboard case to get better use out of the Ipad!
