I purchased both this and the 10th generation iPad. Aside from there being some newer changes on the 10th generation, there's not much difference between the two. This iPad is almost as zippy as the 10th generation, which is pretty good. It also feels sturdier than the 10th generation. If you don’t mind the older home button, slightly smaller screen, lightening charger, and higher profile buttons, no flash for the camera, and need a budget device, this would not disappoint. It all depends on what you need to use it for.

I bought this for a 7 year old that lost her from someone not returning it. Her mom told me that she played it all night the first night and she said she doesn’t let it out of her site. I’m so grateful I was able to help out.

This is the 3rd iPad in our household and this is indeed the best tablet companion for our iPhones. I like the overall feel of the OS after the system update. I just had some issues initially when activating the device. It says it is “unable to authenticate” so I had to manually set it up instead. (Pro tip: if you encounter this error upon activation, check your modems/router. I had to reset ours and make sure that WiFi is running properly so this iPad 9th gen can get past the authentication issue) The device itself is thin and can easily slip from grip but I always have a tempered glass screen protector plus case ready just to protect it. Overall, I am recommending this iPad 9th generation especially if you have an iPhone. Easily pairs within the Apple family.

Very nice product. The price was excellent. The service was intentional. Ive only had the product a short time. I can speak especially to the service leading up to the purchase after time spent setting up the product and actually using it last Sunday it was a pleasant experience.
