First time best buy electronic buyer of Apple iPad. Very good customer service from manager down to salesman. Went to Geek Squad and they set up the iPad to my specific needs. Explain the features of the unit to an untechhy person and I am now working the unit and understanding

Definitely a good purchase! If you are looking for basic capabilities on the iPad such as note taking, split screens, and turning into a laptop this is a great deal! Compared to my sisters iPad Pro I would still pick this one as it has the same basic functions.

I would highly recommend this product. Apple products never disappoint!

My upgrade to a new iPad was long overdue. This new one has amazing color and graphics, new to me apps for productivity. I love the layout of the homescreen making it easy to navigate.

I bought two tablets for two kids on Christmas and they can’t get enough! They previously had other tablets but they ran very slow. But they claim these are lightning fast and provide a much brighter and colorful picture / experience. No complaints. Would recommend.

I’ve had this iPad for about a week now; and it’s great!! However, I tried charging with a different wall adapter and cable (still the 20W and usb c cable) like I use for my phone, but it charges for a few minutes and then says “Not Charging.” I thought all of the chargers would be pretty much universal, but I’ll just use the one it came with. Other than that it works well!

My iPad was received , as promised, one day after ordering. It was packaged appropriately and arrived in great condition. iPad is performing as expected! I also received a $35 gift card from Best Buy when I brought my old, reset iPad to their store! Very good customer service.

The best value iPad keeps getting better. If you want an iPad this model is hands down the best one. The pros have cutting edge features and a slicker design, but their price tag puts them in a full laptop tier. Why get a tablet when a laptop is the same price? This model however is relatively inexpensive, built extremely well and has all of the basics covered.

For $280 you can’t go wrong. Obviously 64GB is too low, but it’s great for watching movies and surfing the web. For an entry level iPad you can still use the Apple Pencil, plus the A13 Bionic chip is plenty quick for everyday tasks.

Large enough size. Quick response. Plenty of memory.

Had very helpful input from the Geek Squad regarding choices of iPads. We had quite a long wait for an associate to help us out obtaining the one we chose though. Seems there needs to be more help on the floor for customers. Very happy with the iPad; it performs really well.
