It went super smooth and the process was less than 10 minutes. Then I used the gift card to pick up this new 9th gen iPad. Everything works as expected and the performance over the gen 5 is excellent.

Bought it mainly to read my books and take notes with the Apple Pencil. However, I can access my classes and do my work on it too. Was kind of skeptical about buying it but I’m glad that I did.

I am able to view and work with apps better than on my iPhone. The front facing camera is another plus I use FaceTime often. This is another great buy from BestBuy and the staff are very knowledgeable about the products. I purchased while it was on sale which makes it even better.

I work from home and have a business on the side and for simple straight forward work you can’t beat apples products. It’s simple fast and omg never gets hot which I LOVE with the excessive amount of apps we utilize. Highly recommend it for any age as it’s so simple to use !

I'm used to smaller canvases, but this iPad is extremely smooth and feels amazing to work on, especially with the accompanying Apple Pencil. I can browse social media like Instagram and Twitter without hassle.
