The product was everything we expected it to be but the most important part was the customer service I received while shopping for this item. I’m not tech savvy but the rep was able to answer all my questions and I left reassured that I was purchasing the perfect product for my daughter.

He loves he is able to text & FaceTime iPhone users.get the screen protector. I ordered an otter box case thinking it had one attached & the first drop we have a cracked screen.

iPad for those who don't need everything

My mom shops online, light banking, and mostly just social media and she chose this over the iPad air/pro models because of the home button. She doesn't need much else so this is perfect for her.

I was a little surprised to see it converted my MS documents to Win.data; I believe I can fix it by adding the Outlook app to it.
