Great easy to use computer for older generations. My grandma hasn’t been able to use her laptop so I got her this iPad and it’s much easier for her to navigate and stay in touch with family members!

Great tablet love watching movies sounds it really good. Great for traveling can watch movies on the plane. Light weight fits in any bag.

The right IPad for our purposes, great picture for FaceTime, highly functional for keeping up with daily correspondence and media and reasonable for writing purposes; all at a a reasonable price.

This iPad is a great value tablet that Apple offers. Beautiful camera with center stage that is a premium feature on higher end iPads. Fast iOS. Definitely happy with my purchased! Go for it!

Great Apple 10.2 inch ipad. Out of the box and transferred old ipad downloads, apps, pictures etc from the cloud to the new ipad. Easy and fast process. More memory (64gb) than 5 year old ipad that had 32 gb. Much faster download and upload times. Very pleased ith this purchase.

I purchased an IPAD for my husband as a Christmas gift - he's never owned one before. It was the perfect size and price for his needs. He's enjoying it and still learning how to use some of the features. We went to Best Buy and he purchased a cover and screen protector . The Geek Squad is always helpful and available for questions.

Definitely not the same as the data-compatible version. Keyboard is sorta dull. We got used to this quickly but, in hindsight, I should have asked some questions. Does the job, however.

I purchased this iPad for my 90 year old mother because her vision is failing. She is better able to see this than her iPhone. She loves it! She texts, plays games and can search the web. It’s perfect for her!

Great device for a great price...and it was delivered early. I bought it on Wednesday, and it was promised nine days later, on Friday. I received a notice that it would be delivered early on Tuesday. At 8 a.m. on Monday, USPS left it at my door. I love the device, it was easy to set up, and Grey the Best Buy person, was a great help.

Over all I love these iPads I had bought 3 for my 16 year old 12 year old and 11 year old they love them! And price was good! I’ve had no issues at all with them!

I love the iPad, but the customer service I received at the Greenville Nc location has made me want to never return to Best Buy for anything. I bought this iPad for myself for my birthday. I went back the next day just to swap out the keypad cause it seemed to be a little heavy. I had my receipt all I wanted was to exchange for a pen and a less heavy cover. The manager told me no and if I returned it she would not sell it back to me for the price I paid. She was so nasty to me for no reason. It made me cry and I will never go back and I will forever tell this story.

I needed a cost effective tablet to control a DAC Streamer in my audio system and the 9th Gen iPad fits the bill in a great way. I didn't need a lot of memory and the price was a nice feature.
