Great ipad for the money.

I bought it for my daugher in college for note taking and she loves it. It has a nice balance of features and covers the necessary things needed for work, school and play!

iPad Great Addition to Digital Toolbox

Much easier to use than my iPhone for reading newspaper and magazine articles. And, frankly, easier to use than my iPhone for anything bigger than a small screen's worth of data. Easy to set up too -- using my iPhone as a model.

My Wife Is Happy

She LIKES it very much. Easy to use. Was able to quickly transfer all information and games from her old iPad to this new one within five minutes and did NOT lose a thing. Very sharp images, great color and easy to use

Great upgrade from 5th gen iPad

This was a great upgrade for the kids from an older 5th generation iPad that was unable to run ABC Mouse and other learning games.

Bad customer service in Greenville NC

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the iPad, but the customer service I received at the Greenville Nc location has made me want to never return to Best Buy for anything. I bought this iPad for myself for my birthday. I went back the next day just to swap out the keypad cause it seemed to be a little heavy. I had my receipt all I wanted was to exchange for a pen and a less heavy cover. The manager told me no and if I returned it she would not sell it back to me for the price I paid. She was so nasty to me for no reason. It made me cry and I will never go back and I will forever tell this story.
