I'm not a heavy user or a watcher of videos on this iPad. If you have more complex needs, just be sure it will fit your needs.

Best Buy did a good job of wetting it up and explained how to use it to our advantage. It works well and we have had no problems with it.

Sge us not a tech savvy but she likes to use the FaceTime to see her grandkids. Thus version of ipad is faster abd of great use to my mom.

This is our 4th iPad we have had, very satisfied with the previous 3, Have tried other tablets, no comparison to iPads. So far so good on the 9nth generation, nice upgrade from the iPad air.

Much like everything else in the world. They have their pros and cons but I have no issues with this device.
