Good product. I had email for 10% off price. Clerk at counter said it would be applied on Best Buy credit card statement. It was not applied. I called about statement. I waited a long time then the lady was difficult to understand, then I got disconnected. Best Buy emails mean nothing only to mislead.

I needed something for school when my MacBook decided it didn’t want to work anymore. This has been so much easier than carrying around a MacBook.

It was fast and easy service. The ipad is great for what we use it for. Sound is good image is good. It’s mainly use for streaming and reading ebooks.

Love this IPad. Got it on sale, and it is easy to use and has great screen resolution/color.

Bought for my autistic grandson as a communication device - great tool

Our last iPad was purchased in 2009 and still works, only way too slow for anything more than messages, so we bought this one and it is absolutely great, fast and runs every app with ease. I will also be purchasing the Pro model next week for my work, although I really think this one could handle it too.

This was a nice replacement for my apple ipad 5th generation. It has better memory and a faster processor than my ild ipad. Setup was very easy, judt backed up the old ipad to the cloud and restored all my settings and aps to the new ipad, Done in lessthan a minute. Cery pleased with this.

The iPad is great. The customer service at the store was not. I went in to the store having done my research, asked for the product I wanted, but the worker continually tried to upsell. This was after a long wait - lots of customers and few workers in that part of the store. Finally made my purchase without any extras. The product is working fine.

So im not a apple fan and before i bought this i had bought a lenovo tablet for my son, it ended up not working good at all. Apps were super laggy games like pokemon go and other regular game apps were unplayable. Like i said in the lenovo review i feel like apple is just a status symbol people use to define wealth but in this case the apple tablet comes out on top.

Arrived timely and packaged well, it performs as expected.

As someone who needs a device on them at all times, its a welcome change having something a little smaller than my MacBook while still being able to work on the go. Cant beat it for $270.
