Enjoying the difference

The gen 9 is so much nicer in many way. The display is sharp and clear, camera is much better and the increase in speed is noticeable.

This was a great price. As always the staff at Best Buy helped with setting it up and transferring from old to new. The new ipad is all I want and need.

Gift that fits

He has used other peoples to play games on but never his own. It was the best Christmas gift I could of given. It wasn’t something he asked for but it lit up his eyes and he hasn’t put it down. It definitely was a unexpected gift that fit.

Happy with my purchase

Love that every transferred over from my iphone automatically. Set up was fast and easy. I wish they gave you a manual like the old days, but any support you might need is on Utube. I added the Otterbox keyboardcase and it like having a 10 inch laptop.

My other one was nearly 20 years old. Activating the new one was a snap. Service at Best Buy was seamless. Ordered online and picked up in the morning. Easy Peasy….

Just the right price

I’ve been shopping with them since the early 90’s. The customer service is always professional and pleasant I order online for pickup and my order is ready on time. There was one hiccup, not sure why. I purchased this iPad online and my order was cancel without explanation on what happened. Seeing that the sale was almost over. I used the same card in the store and it went through with no problem. So please fix whatever credit card glitch you may have. But, overall this was the perfect gift. My grand baby love it.
