I love it. It accomplishes everything I need to do. I am not a power user so it is great for me.

Loved that Best Buy had it in stock and was able to get quickly. This is a great tool to take out into the field when need to be away from the office.

You can't beat the iPad 9th gen for the price. Apple can still improve the navigation, but overall it's the best bang for you money when it comes to tablets.

Great for artists if you get an Apple Pencil

The only downside is you can’t add storage so you have to manage that more often. It’s also great for gaming.
