    The base level iPad is a surprisingly competent device for casual use and the occasional work session. I have a gaming laptop for my regular machine so this is a welcome addition to my desk, especially with the Apple Pencil

    Got the 2021 iPad 9th Gen mainly for school. It's been a game-changer for note-taking, research, and group projects. The display is super clear, making visuals in my e-textbooks stand out. Battery life is decent, though I sometimes need a top-up during long study sessions. Perfect for academic tasks and some Netflix in between.
