Quality (and price) you'd expect from Apple

Wife wanted a new iPad for Christmas and Best Buy seemed to have the best deal. Ordered online, picked up on Black Friday evening; the lines and mis organization were kind of a mess, but it was Black Friday and I also understand that most retail stores have basically become just a pickup spot for online orders if you don't want to wait a day or two for Amazon; I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss the old days of customer service when you go into a store, but nobody else practices it anymore either so can only hold it against them so much, but I think retailers would benefit from giving their customers the one thing Amazon can't- human interaction.
