    Purchase was to replace an old iPad for my mother. I still do not see why apple can’t make a product that will just keep working. We hear that updates are designed to disable older apple products and this was the case here. New iPad works for what she needs.

    Great product, my only complaint is that it was shipped without any packing materials in a large box that was full of holes. Small dent in iPad box but there has been no problems with the IPad.

    This iPad is a great addition to my college carrier and is easy to figure out apps and is really fun using an apple pencil to write but can turn it into typing!
