Replaced I-pad that we had for 10 years battery gave out

Too heavy to hold with o e hand fir extended period

Product had to be dealt with within days of purchase.

It’s an apple product. What more can I say ! Love it..

I am happy with my new iPad. It is my second iPad.

But not happy with the delays in the installation.

I expected more since this was an upgrade for me. Unfortunately it was not worth the extra money. Some of the apps I transferred are slow and the screen goes blank. The Wifi does not automatically connect and I have to go into the settings and reset.

I like the size and the very clear resolution especially when using the camera. However, battery died down and won't charge after one and half year of usage.

I ordered from BestBuy online. IPad was lost. Many annoying try’s to find it. Finally was able speak to Live with terrible English Reordered and it finally arrived. Arrived too late for graduation gift.

Apple made a great decision re-releasing the iPad Air with this third generation. Personal opinion, the iPad Pro is both too costly and too large for how I use my iPad. This purchase replaces my iPad Pro 9.7" with the A9 processor. I bought the iPad Air because to me 10.5" is a perfect upgrade to the previous 9.7". Having opted for the 256Gig version as my iPad is heavily used for note taking, sketching user interfaces and other program development needs all with the Apple Pencil (1st generation). The increased space and A12 processor now allows me to move it into my photography work. I connect my camera to my iPad when doing sports photography allowing me to get a much better view of work quality and the benefit of sharing while taking pictures on Facebook and other social media to engage fans more. I strongly recommend this over even the iPad Pro series for this type of us.

We're at a point where it feels obsolete now that the new generation is coming up. I got this iPad last minute for my dad while it was on sale. 60 Hz can be a deal breaker for some people.

The product is unsurpassed, but the purchasing process from Best Buy left much to be desired. I am still not clear about the offered 10% rebate, and I can find no sentient life form to help.

Many problems setting up. Computer non personal phone tag was very annoying. Had to go back to store in person, immediately. Went home, finally after update, it worked. Works great since.

About all I can say is it is nice. At this price you might as well get the pro for a little more. It would be a better buy.

This is my third iPad and I must say by far this iPad Air is my least favorite. In fact I think I prefer my husband’s Samsung tablet over this. It freezes often and I’m constantly having to close everything in order for it stop getting stuck. I like my 2nd generation better than this one, the only problem with my 2nd gen is that it won’t hold a charge. Sorry I bought the air. I gave it 2 stars because when it does work without freezing it does the job.

The fact that mine is still going strong after several years is a bonus that speaks to the quality of this device.

Was good while it worked. New update gave me the black screen of death now needs to be replaced

Nice-ish. Nothing would pair too it. So hardly got any use. Mostly a waste of money, not going apple again.

I love my new iPad with one exception. The battery life is less than wonderful. I expected long battery life with a new product.

I replaced an iPad. This one doesn’t run as well as my older model did. I will get it to work.
