Does not charge properly

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a macbook air, macbook pro, and an ipad air from Best Buy in July and had to return the Macbook Air because it would restart/shut down on its own and now, this iPad will not charge properly. I've only owned this iPad for 1 month and it takes over 2 hours to fully charge my iPad no matter what charger I use. Go to Apple instead of purchasing from Best Buy. It'll save you money and time.

I'm Ditching Apple Products

This is the second iPad Air purchased within the last 6 months and the second iPad Air that has stopped working, blank screen and frozen. Really disappointed with the quality of Apple products. I'm ditching Apple products, not worth the money and hassle.

Apple sucks

Apple can’t fix it, and third party store says it will cost more to fix than just buying a new one. DON’T BUY APPLE. The quality of their product is atrocious.

I’m honestly thinking of upgrading the iPad to a newer model along with the Magic Keyboard. And make it my “go-to” device.

Solid substitute
