It is quick to boot up and start. Screen is crystal clear and it is light as expected and feels solid and well designed. II will get her the pencil for it as a Christmas present. The 256GB SSD also makes it fast when working on word or excel from the cloud on on the IPad Air. It is new so I will follow up with this in a year to give you more details about its durability and updates.

First Apple

Though I believe it's a little pricey, by the time you add all the extras on, you can't beat how it works. I'm still learning how everything operates, but so far so good. We got it so we could Face time our kids and grand kids. I really like the ease of how that works, and I am looking forward to expanding my skills with the iPad Air tablet. Thank you Geek Squad for setting it up and explaining the Do's and Don't.
