Apple quality in the new Ipad Air. Very happy with the purchase and the sales support at BB. This model still has the lightning port but no 3.5mm headphone jack. You must buy a separate adapter.

New I Pad has improved speed and graphics compared to the older model we owned. The display is also larger.

Pricey, but a good value at the discounted price. Quality product even though Apple products are over priced.

I really like my IPad. Especially since this one has Touch ID. Don’t get me wrong, I love Face ID, but ever since corona and the masks, I wouldn’t mind having Touch ID on my phone. Overall very nice. Good processor.

Although I like every feature of my iPad Air 3, I wish I’d known it was not compatible with Apple Air Pods.

I had a ipad air before and the battery died. Was told that it couldn't be repair and to just buy a new one. My children gave me this one for my birthday and I'm truly pleased. They made a good choice. Love it!!!

Overall great Samsung product. Legacy Samsung remotes work. The new remote has about 10 buttons and takes a little getting used to, unless you are a millennial. We chose not to use the voice button to perform functions.

The gentleman who helped us with our purchase took his time to explain what the different ipads could be used for. He did not try to sell us the most expensive product but the correct one for our needs.

We needed to upgrade from our old iPad and this was on sale. We went with higher memory and bigger iPad. It’s a great iPad and we have other Apple products so it was easy to set up and use.

I bought this for my wife who ran out of storage with her old iPad. She loves it! The display is fantastic. The performance is similar to prior models we own, but we’re not power users.

This is my second iPad. I use it every day and it’s almost completely replaced my computer. What more needs to be said, other than the charging cords dying quickly, Apple products are reliable and last forever if not abused.

Purchased this, and another one identical to it, for my children due to working remotely. It was easy for them to learn to use and I love the parental controls I have access to.

I am an Android/Google cell phone user, but can't utilize any tablet over an iPad. The apps available alone make it worth it's price. It succeeds in any task and I could not recommend it enough.
