I’ve had an iPad for years but I love the new iPad Air. It now has the capability to use a pencil. Transferring all my apps from my old iPad was so easy. Apple makes it very simple for the less tech savvy.

Received as a gift for the holiday and I have used it every day since in addition to an iPhone and mac. I used it abroad and left my Mac at home.

I purchased this but ended up returning it for the IPad Pro. I wont be doing intensive computer programming etc but will be using several items that require the pen and I also wanted the Face ID over the Touch ID. I found that the pen charging for the Air version to be problematic (easy to break) and relearning the home button annoying. For basic items this would be great, but I don’t get why this is stuck in 2 or 3 year old technology...

To find an output cable from an OSMO to an HDMI to be able to plug it into a TV or monitor. The sales person to the time to look up the items needed to make this connection. Good service

As a long-standing Android user, I accepted my son’s gift of an iPad from Best Buy with some trepidation. After some set up glitches, I find the tablet stable and altogether functional for my needs.

We are so impressed with the staff at Best Buy. We are not computer savvy at all but with the help of your person in the computer department we were confident that we had the right product for us.

This iPad is so with the money, colors are amazing and everything is updated on it, would highly recommend. Best Buy service was best ever as usual, don’t buy electronics anywhere else.

My wife lives on her IPad. With her content, plus sharing it with our grandson, she was constantly filling the Flash. This one has so much space, that is no longer a concern.

As an android user for my lifetime I was hesitant about getting an ipad but I wanted something to study textbooks and take notes on. The aspect ratio is perfect for that purpose.

Got this mainly to use for classroom and to make quick videos right in imovie but the software is limited compared to a Mac and it seems like transferring files to and from the device is unnecessarily difficult and long. Takes forever to export and load videos and then need to take sleep option off and just let sit unused until the videos or files are loaded. Really annoying if this was my only device to use.

Shopped the club warehouses, a few electronics stores and Apple. Best price here and they had the Rose Gold in stock and was ready to pick up within an hour. Friendly staff too.

2nd one purchased for usage at school only. I only purchase iPhones and iPad’s. I can always count on Apple for constantly upgrading, looking for better and new ways all the time. Good job Apple.

iPad was beautiful and functional. It was a great value that included lots of extras, such as Apple TV for a year, iTunes free for 4 months and security software! Very happy with purchase!
