    Even if the iPad volume is turned all the way up. Volume is too low. I couldn’t even here my movies well. I have to read the sub title The quality of the picture as well is poor

    This is a real nightmare to set up. You are limited to apple apps only. I suppose you would have to be an Apple die hard lover to appreciate the limitations. Will retrun!

    After a month of use, the screen stopped working. No damage to the device, it just randomly stopped working while playing a video. Apple has gone down hill real quickly, be warned.

    The iPad came with the iCloud locked and i coudn't even started the settings. I do not recommend buying Best Buy open box products.

    Still works like brand new, even after 5 years! I mainly use it for Facetime video calls and viewing pdf files, but it's good for email, web browsing, some light gaming. I love the aluminum body, it has a strong, sleek build quality.

    I was VERY disappointed with its LACK OF compatibility with the new Apple pencil. <seems I should have waited for the 4th gen>

    I was there over 4 hrs geeks not very good went home took son in law 30 mins and I paid extra for help from geeks. Joke!

    the HD Retina display is the main reason we got this tablet as opposed to the other more affordable ones out there. The 10+ inch display is also a plus. Battery life is good at first, but the quality dwindle considerably over time.
