This is a replacement for my wife's original iPad. It works perfectly and set up was easy. We even were successful in transferring over all her software, files and many, many pictures. She loves it. Her only comment is that the new iPad is thinner than her previous one. Otherwise, it works great.

Love it, love it, love it! Purchased to replace older iPad that would no longer respond to upgrades from the mothership due to older hardware, great visuals and audio. Used way too much each day but I’m not complaining. Still very much a loyal apple user.

As an open box purchase, the iPad was a good deal. The iPad, charger and cord seem to be working well and after some initial trouble getting an Apple Pencil to pair, the two are working good together. Best Buy employees were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I exchanged this machine for a bigger one (256 GB). Purchased this originally, not realizing I will need more space in it. Since it was unopened box, that was a quick and easy process. I wrote a review of the same machine with bigger memory. Highly recommend this iPad.

I love my iPad air, I have had a d then all of a sudden I lost my Yahoo email and I can't get anything that is connected to Yahoo don't know why. I can still get my email on my old iPad I'm Happy to say. But would really like it back on my new iPad.

This product has been a life saver for my son who is in 5th grade and was having to share an iPad mini with his younger brother. It has worked great. If I had one one complaint, it would be the amount of time it takes to charge. Definitely do it overnight.

I bought this for my 16 year old daughter and she loves it. It came with 1 free year of apple TV and 3 months apple music. It is very expensive and fragile if you were to drop it. I strongly recommend to also buy a case to protect screen and unit all together.

I enjoy this iPad a lot. The camera quality when FaceTiming is excellent. I’ve had this for about 5 months and there seems to be no problem.

iPad Air was a great purchase. Initial set up was easy, added the keyboard as easy as simply attaching to the tablet. Highly recommend.

So, I am a big Android and Windows fan, but ended up buying this iPad for home use. Overall I am very happy with the product. Very responsive and intuitive. Mostly use it for reading or product research and online shopping. The reasons I am not giving it a 5-star rating is due to the fact that 1) high cost of product and 2) I have had to restart the iPad several times when it will not recognize the wifi network or seems to lose connection for no reason. I checked wifi connection with other devices at the same time and they were all connected.

This is a great computer for seniors. This is our third iPad Air. There are a few things that it will not do that a PC laptop or PC desktop will not do, however, it is light,portable and convenient. A huge plus is Apple Support because you are able to talk to a person!

Absolutely give this iPad five star reviews right now. Unfortunately Apple is starting to really over bloat they are operating system, so I’m concerned that in a year this product will go from five stars to three.

I love my iPad. The device is very convenient since all my apps are right at my fingertips it’s like having a gigantic phone.

It’s a great! It can be an iPad or a mini laptop. I enjoy the fact that anything I am able to do on my iPhone I can do in the iPad. Super convenient. I use this for school and it is dramatically much better than the slow chrome book they gave us.

This was a great buy at the time but with the new air just get that because of the new design and better and bigger screen.

Seems a bit trickier than expected to get used to an iPad after being an Android User forever! However the Best Buy reps and the Apple rep at the Dayton Best Buy store have all been extremely helpful so progress is going smoother now! Fun to use and lots of capabilities.
