A family member had an older model iPad. Surfing and downloads are much faster. Videos are so much better!

Very nice hardware and a wonderfully refined operating system. All tablets should try to emulate the iPad. I encountered a very professional and accommodating store manager. All in all a very pleasing transaction.

So far no issues operating device and as this is my first iPad-not first Apple product-speed is faster than other iPads my family has owned. However, using Touch ID with a large device is very cumbersome. The connectivity of the 1st generation pencil and the fact you have to repair EVERYTIME you use the iPad is an improvement Apple should make in next iPadOS update.

Perfect for videos. It's being used to record wrestling matches for our team. Great quality video Had to purchase a portable hard drive to transfer the videos because we fled the memory. But that was simple.

Easy to initialize if you have your apple password handy. Very large improvement over my 7 year old mini ipad. My favorite thing is the fingerprint id and the keyboard which I purchased separately.

I had low expectations of this iPad not being a pro. Then I used it and was surprised how smooth and well it runs. It’s quick response to the pencil has been a great add for drawing. I’m impressed with lesser coating iPad.

Great product. Easy to operate but clumsy to handle, but a silicon cover with handle makes it manageable.

Could have went with the iPad pro, but the iPad Air is perfect for surfing the web and the wife uses if for finding recipes and YouTube cooking videos in the kitchen. I would buy another one.

I have been very happy with this iPad. It is a quality tablet and has basically replaced my laptop when I am not at work. The only negative that I have is that Apple iPads are pricy.

I decided to order this ipad for my wife after she got jealous of evefything i was doing on my ipad pro. Hinestly you could do the same things on both, only thing i dislike is that is not usb c.

Bought this product for use in my business and will use the Apple Pencil and the Procreate app. It does exactly what I want it to do, and, has been well worth the purchase. Would recommend.

I bought this iPad for my husband for his birthday. He loves it and uses it all the time to stream movies, surf the net and check email. Added bonus, the built in Wi-Fi. Definitely recommend.
