Excellent upgrade from the model we bought in 2012

Just what I was looking for it gets the jobs done.

Overpriced. Everything was sold out for Xmas. Next level with 134gb was about the same price. Overpaid for less gb (64) but had no choice. Place was a zoo and had no choice but to buy online and pick up in store.

This current model seems a bit sluggish with occasional odd behavior such as screen suddenly sitting and slow wifi downloads which may be due to home wifi system, but not sure as of this review. Overall good IPAD

I bought this iPad mainly for my work. Everything is great but the lack of promotion is a minus. One can get the 2017 iPad Pro 10.5inch for almost the same price too. Overall, it’s a nice gadget but not value for the money

The iPad that I had just prior to this iPad was much nicer than this. I do not see any improvement. I don't care for the color that they gave me to choose from for the background. Disappointed

way too pricey for the sleak ipad..should come with applecare and tempered glass in box..its just another ipad. just like your iphone x to iphone 11. only doesnt have 2 cameras (thank god).

It’s an iPad. You either need one or you don’t. I grabbed this one thinking I’d use it but didn’t use it at all. It’s less convenient than a phone and doesn’t practically the same thing. Save $700.

It takes an awful long time to charge like over 9 hours to go from 20%-100%. My old one didn't take near that long, maybe less then 2 hours.

I bought this as a gift and do not have any direct experience with it. However, I bought it on advice from a friend who was pretty high on it.

I am having difficulty downloading the latest update and the internet will not connect. Taking to geek squad tomorrow morning!

The iPad is listed as latest model but it doesn’t say which model that is latest model isn’t good enough I need the generation too

It was good until I didn’t receive it at my front door. You all costumer service was nice and helpful

This iPad is not any faster than my old original IPad. Everything loads slowly. Nothing special over older models.

I like it but they are pricey. They should reduce the prices a little more than where they are at.

When I first got this I loved it and all the new features. But after about two weeks I'm having trouble getting it to turn on. I do everything I can but it still gives me trouble and once it goes on it will just turn back off sometimes in a little while and sometimes when I'm in the middle of something. When Best Buy opens I'm going to see if the Geek Squad can help me.

Keyboard not functioning properly on 2/11/21. Used primarily as back up to Apple computer

I had to return this item because it would shut off or do anything after using it for only one day.

disappointed that the pictures only show the date and time taken. I needed the location also
