This was my first ever iPad and I absolutely love the screen size compared to the mini. It’s great for watching movies and when I need a larger screen for recipes while I’m cooking. I actually love the ease of access and the ease of transferring your devices. I just bought the newest one for my mom for Christmas and she’s also obsessed.

I did not buy this product. Why are your saying that I did.

I’m tired of returning this model because of manufacturing defects. At this point I’m just going to live with the 1/4” glowing dot that appears on these after a couple months of use each time. After many years of Apple purchases I am going to have to give up on them. Quality has suffered severely over the years. They used to be a quality company with quality products years ago, the funny part is, those items all still function just fine. The last few years of items are beautiful useless paperweights.

Best Buy Assured me this iPad was in excellent condition. When I received it it looked like someone owned it for a year! the screen had what looked like air pockets, the cord was dirty as well as the plug. I am so disappointed! now I have to wait 10 days for a refund. I was on hold 45 min for return info but when you want to purchase you get faster service. Overall, I am not a happy customer.

This is a review of Best Buy, not the iPad Air. The iPad Air was advertised at a discount but it was not made clear that this was the previous generation iPad Air. 2019 third gen not 2020 4th Gen. I discovered this only after getting the device. I do not believe such advertising is ethical if it is not made clear that one is getting an outdated model. Not a happy customer but as they say, Buyer Beware.

For some reasons, the key pay has gotten weaker as the time has gone by. A bit disappointing for what we paid.

I returned this product. The IPad air outdated liquid screen and for 500.00 was really expensive. Now the ne ipad air 4 looks promising.

Good for what it was. Newer versions are a better buy. Now that the lower end have keyboards, no need for the air anymore.

We are having a problem with this ipad , it keeps locking up on us . We have an appointment with geek squad on Wednesday 12/30

Our new Apple iPad Air is very easy to operate. The picture is clear and we are enjoying it.

I don’t exactly care for this iPad,I had to make a rational decision to get it while the pandemic had just started and my original one broke. Very expensive for the quality it is. It’s always trying to update and changing your settings that you are unaware of at times making your info vulnerable to anyone around you. Be cautious w this one.I don’t recommend it at all.

I bought a open box item the it was just the ipad without original charger or cable, so I returned as soon as I can.

Keyboard skips, lags, and is often impossible to use iPad due to unresponsive clicks. None of the geek board recommended fixes works. The inconvenience of constantly resetting iPad, and the subsequent setting pop ups for each app, have me sour on this device. Very much regret this purchase.

Not what I expected! Is not as useful as they advertise the product

It was the only iPad case you had, and it doesn’t really work for me.

Camera is a little fuzzy. Expected the camera to be crystal clear

Not worth the extra money over the newest iPad “Normal”

This I pad arrived totally damaged . The back had 2 big bumps and was all buckled. The home button was pushed way in and set at an angle. I returned it for a replacement. The rest of This review will be based on the replacement I received.

Unable to even get into the IPAD saying my Apple ID and Password were wrong.I also bought one for myself and had no problem unlocking it.So my husband is unhappy as it was a Christmas gift.
