I am not an apple user, and this is the first apple product that I’ve owned. I have found it very easy to use from the beginning. I would highly recommend this tablet to anyone looking at new tablets

Salesperson was very knowledgeable, polite and a delight. She actually works for Apple, assigned to Best Buy. She along with the Best Buy's salesperson was also sharp, helpful and courteous. My granddaughter is in college and was delighted with this gift. Anything to help her in her education. Thank you.
