I do think technology has progressed enough that they could be better than where they are now, but Apple is more in the business of perfecting things rather than innovating.

Had a little glitches here and there. No major issues tho. Still runs fast and smoothly. Maybe the more memory will wont have the same issues. Anyway it's still a good product overall.

As always Best Buy and Apple, always exceed expectations. Apple ipad air 3 is GREAT, I will purchase Apple ipad air 4 from Best Buy Apple has one of if not the best on-line Customer Service. 8am to 11 pm, best window of any Company to reach Apple and the representatives are their to reach ultimate satisfaction Best Buy drastically needs more resources and enhance on-line customer service experience.
