    I love my new IPad Air! However, a week after I purchased it, it would not charge. I immediately took it back to Best Buy and they wiped off my files (while I watched), and gave me a new one. I have not had a problem since. One must make sure if there is a problem, to return it within 14 days of purchase. Otherwise, it must go back to the manufacturer for repair.

    I got this for my grandmother since she already has an iPhone. The tablet she had was just getting old and she needed a new one and this was a sho in for her. She loves playing her casino games on it.
