Still just an iPad

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having an iPad for every generation since the original, I sold my iPad Air 2 and bought a Surface Pro instead of their iPad Pro. I purchased this thinking it would be just what I needed. After trying to use it exclusively for a week, I found I kept having to go back to my Surface because the iPad couldn't do it. Maybe that'll all change when iPadOS comes out, but for now it's still just a glorified media-consumption machine. Needless to say, I've returned this to Best Buy.

I hooked up with a young African American male (sorry...don't remember his name) who was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me. If all of your employees are like him, you are very fortunate indeed! Great experience.
