    This is our first Apple product. We are having trouble signing into messages and Facetime so I will have to contact Apple about these problems. It has and is taking some time to get used to the OS, but the tablet does work better than our old Samsung with Android 4 on it. I don't know if I will purchase an iPhone due the to price though.

    Despite Apple's insistence, an iPad, even with iPad OS, still cannot match the multitasking of a computer running MacOS or Windows. However, they are making steps in the right direction. The best addition here is changes to the Files app. You can now access a server (though you can't edit the files on it, you can only download and upload to it) and you can now utilize external drives. I still use my Surface Pro 85% of the time since I can dock it as my regular computer, but I'm using the iPad now as my "at home" computer so it doesn't let me get too much into work mode, but I can at least check on things if I have to. Still a media consumption device though.
