However, a week after I purchased it, it would not charge. I immediately took it back to Best Buy and they wiped off my files (while I watched), and gave me a new one. I have not had a problem since. One must make sure if there is a problem, to return it within 14 days of purchase. Otherwise, it must go back to the manufacturer for repair.

Perfect gift for my grandmother
