This iPad is a great improvement and a joy to use.

The setup was easy. Had it for a great discount. I like the feature of being able to take notes on my PowerPoints; helps if you are student. Portable with so many great features.

First time moving to tablet format for business. 10.5 unit w/256G gives me ample working memory in a fairly compact unit while on the go. Combine with 1-pencile makes it a complete on-the-go office tool for me. Display is clear. Easy to use pre-installed apps and software programs without undue clutter. Downloaded desired apps without difficulty. Interfaces with my other wireless bluetooth devices back at home office to print out created documents too. I strongly recommend using an impact resistant case if intended to use afield.

I bought this for my wife after she played with mine. She really loves it. To us, it is just an oversize iPhone. Watching a movie on it is great too with the 120hz refresh rate. Unless you are into serious design, photography, this is a great size. I was going to buy the 12.9", but the 10.5" is plenty big.

I bought IPAD, Pencil and Google home. The product is very good. I did online booking and took Store pickup option. There was huge delay to hand over the product it would have been faster.

Bought this iPad for my mom for Christmas. She was using an old iPad 2 that was running slow. It's not the newest iPad pro but it's still nice. She especially likes the smart keyboard attachment. It's a great size, large enough to watch movies but small enough to carry around and travel with.

I upgraded from an iPad2 to iPad Pro. This was the best decision I ever made. My iPad2 would quit while I was using it, freeze up constantly and was basically unusable. I was thrilled to have my new iPad work so smoothly and so fast. The 10.5" screen is just right - not too small and not too large. Best choice ever!

I had a ipad2 and it just could not handle some of the games I liked to play so finally got this iPad Pro and love it. I would have liked the bigger size but could not afford it just now.

I bought this as a replacement home laptop. It’s got a small learning curve if you don’t have an IPhone, but if you do then its an easy transition. There are Microsoft apps if you’re used to a PC (like me), but the Pages app it comes with does all the same things and can be exported as a Word document. The split screen is a good feature, and who doesn’t love game and social media apps? I didn’t give 5 stars because I’ve only had it for a couple weeks, so I’m sure I will come across something that would make me say “room for improvement,” but when you compare it to the 2018 model, it does a lovely job for a much cheaper price.

Very nice new version of this from apple. So far it's been wonderful with no problems. Love the camera and new pen I purchased as well.

As phones increased in size, I laughed at any need for an iPad. Having a desktop was enough. However, destops are not at all mobile and even laptops can be somewhat of a pain. The veratitily of iPad has made browsing the web fun again, especially for reading. It has outperformed my expectations.

I've had an iPad for years - the first model that advertised the Retina display - and it was great The display on this iPad Pro is far better than my old one! I chose the 10.5 screen as I often carry it around with me, and I didn't want the extra weight of the 12.7 screen. I am NOT disappointed.

The screen and speed of the 10.5" iPad is amazing. I bought this to upgrade from my iPad Air 2. Battery life, speed, and screen quality were top notch. I did however decide to bump up to the 12.9" iPad simply because I wanted to go even bigger.

Bought this product for the exclusive reason of being able to video my son during hockey games. Not only for him to review afterward, but to also put together a recruiting video to send to coaches. It worked great and the resolution was phenomenal. Love this product as it was worth the purchase.

Purchased "open-box" and still have no issues. It may have been a returned item though, as it sees the device as being someone else's ever since we got it. I know there's a way to remove that, but I've not bothered. I'd assume a factory reset would have corrected this.

Yo this machine be that sexy girl you always wanted but she’s a 10 and you know you’re a 6 on a good day. I’ve had nothing but great experience with this tablet since the day I got it and my art has improved a great amount since I’ve been able to draw daily no mater where I’m at.
