This was my first Apple iPad purchase, first visit with Best Buy & I will definitely be a long time customer. I felt like I was really valued as a customer, and I have enjoyed using the iPad Pro so much! Super easy to learn, so convenient when lying in bed, tv home shopping made easier, chatting online with friends. It has been so reliable as I have found always with Apple products. I am very satisfied!

I purchased this and the keyboard for an upcoming vacation so I wouldn't have to tote my laptop along but look forward to it as a flexible option to use around the home.

I can’t say enough about apple products. When I went to set up this iPad it recognized my iPhone & I was able to set up the iPad Pro automatically w/ my iPhone. Genius!

No issues whatsoever. Fantastic product, the size is a bit big for me, but that clearly wasn’t a deal breaker. I have my iPhone that meets my needs for portability. This is a great size for streaming and watching tv/movies. I will be doing some traveling this year and it will be great to take with me instead of my MacBook. I bought the keyboard smart case from Apple as well and they work very well together.

So far, so good. Like the slightly larger screen. Still finding new applications!!

We are a family who loves all our Apple products and this purchase is no different! My husband & I bought this iPad for business use and it’s been amazing. I really wanted the larger one, but I’m so glad we ended up getting this size. It fits perfectly in a bag or your purse, and it’s very easy to hold in your hand. It’s lightweight, works flawlessly and the screen resolution is perfection!

Will never go back to an Android tablet. The speed and ease of use are amazing.

I didn't think I would any use for an iPad for a long time, but I wanted something larger than my phone and smaller/less bulky than my MacBook Air, so ta-da! I arrived at this as a happy medium. I'm not a huge fan of apps on this thing (formatting can be a little bit weird if apps don't have iPad-friendly specifications), but I love it for reading articles and surfing the web. Happy with this purchase.

Love this IPad 10.5. Takes excellent pictures. Clarity is much better than older iPads.

bought this as a gift for my daughter. She couldn't wait to open it and start using. its so much more advanced than the prior version and the "pen" is a great add on.

Great Buy definitely worth the money. Improved speed and display quality is incredible.

I have used an iPad, two different models, for years as has my wife. We have never had any problems with them and I have not experienced any with my iPad Pro. I really like the power and speed it has. I have a 3rd party keyboard for it that really works well. I am sure the Apple keyboard is nice but I wanted one that had the option of using a lit keyboard. I am happy with the logi Slim Combo.

I love the size of this iPad and that it is lightweight. Excellent picture display.

So much faster then the older models. Slimmer and lighter. So glad to get the upgrade.

This IPad has replaced my laptop and runs windows apps from MS Office that I use. The service and updates are extraordinary - timely and have not messed with the OS.

Love the new iPad with all its features. I like how light weight and slim it is as well.
