When i saw the deal popping up I thought it is a great deal I bought an certified geek squad- excellent condition but i got a dirty package the was too much dirt on the original box and hand prints on the screen and the back of the i pad it was really in messy condition not as described in the descriptions awful best buy you should give the exact condition not a fake one to make people spend money it was disgusting

From April, the ipad began to crash. At beginning, the ipad could fix itself, so I stand this situation. Gradually, more and more crashes on this iPad, now it's completely disabled. I went to the Best Buy 2 weeks ago. They said they can't do anything to my ipad. I only can go to the APPLE store to fix it, and I must afford this fee by myself. I'll never buy anything from Best Buy again.

Bought the new iPad to replace my iPad Air2. Speed and quality are great

Not like new. Beat up and marked on like some two year old. At least I could return to my local Best Buy which did not have it in stock. So much for Geek Certified.?:< Still waiting for my shipping cost to be credited to my account since they refused to do that in store?

I pre-ordered this iPad Pro to be picked up in the store on June 13 when they became available. I was really excited when Apple announced this size iPad Pro. It's a big enough difference to notice when using. Screen is much clearer and colors are more vibrant. It even feels faster on many tasks. So far this 10.5" iPad Pro is living up to all of the Apple hype I've ordered an Apple Pencil but haven't used it yet. Best Buy customer service was fast and friendly. Traded in my old iPad with no hassle.

Wanted to transfer scripts from Microsoft Word to Final Draft and then to Final Draft Mobile on the iPad. Also wanted to copy Microsoft Word folders and files from a Windows Desktop. The transfer took more than an hour and the download wound up scrambled on the iPad. The light weight was not worth the agony.

This is an outstanding tablet, with a really good camera, fast CPU, crazy battery life, and better be considering its price. But all this processing power is locked behind iOS, you're still limited to using apps. It's truly a shame because there is almost no reason to even buy a Pro since there aren't any apps that can truly take advantage of what it has to offer, and this same thing applies to the 2018 iPad Pro too. l hope Apple will consider doing some kind of modified Mac OS to run desktop grade software like the Surface does.

I had a password and when it ask for it then it says it’s not the right password. So now I have paid over $1,000.00 dollars and it has looked up on me. I am not happy about this. I will be returning this Wednesday if it can not be unlocked and working properly.

I put a case on my iPad right away and when I took it off about a year later it was bent. It was exactly a year and Apple won’t fix it bc it’s physical damage but I didn’t bend the iPad. I always take care of it.

The order was easily placed online, it was reasonably priced, it was delivered quickly, it was well-packaged, it works perfectly, and I have no issues with the process...thanks.

Poor. Support and follow upis terrible. The Best Buy Geek Squad says they can't help and because activation lock is on I cannot get it to run.

Junk. Won't stay on. Reboots every 30 seconds and even apple care and geek squad couldn't figure it out. Never again APPLE.

It's an excellent upgrade to iPad lineup, with larger 10.5" screen (upgraded from ipad air). My initial impressions that this is a great tablet with right size and weight. With all new hardwares, especially excellent screen with true tone that adjust to ambient light makes reading and using it a wonderful experience. I was skeptical with the larger screen size that it would be bigger and heavier to handle with one hand, but surprisingly, its thinner, little lighter, and barely half inch taller than my old ipad air. The faster processor and additional RAM makes it super fast. All my microsoft office 365 programs runs great, photo editing is fun, I think after pairing with either Apple or other 3rd party keyboard, this could become a worthy alternative to a laptop. Had a great experience shopping at Best Buy, super fast shipping with next day delivery was awesome. In fact Best Buy matched the price and refunded me the price drop after 3 days of purchase.

Nice iPad good or watching movies. Works perfectly for the use in the office

The iPad Pro might be the first tablet to be a viable laptop replacement for everything except PC gaming. It's fast, the screen is gorgeous, and the split view feature gives you a degree of multitasking. The drag and drop feature in iOS 11, along with a keyboard, will bring you to almost total feature parity with a laptop. A cherry on top is the Apple Pencil which has virtually no lag and lets business users sign documents right on their tablet and students take handwritten notes and/or mark up documents. The only downsides are the price of the device itself and its accessories, and that the bundled Pages/Sheets/Keynote apps don't support the Pencil (yet?) so you have to pay for an Office 365 subscription to get Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

The tablet has the sharpest picture when viewing movies. The pencil is extremely accurate when used as a writing tool or to sketch. Lots of high quality gaming apps for the whole family. Fantastic sounding speakers. This size is comfortable for holding in the hand. Very high quality. Does not get hot. Light weight.

My daughter has had this iPad for years. She loved it. It recently just started not charging. It may be in its winter season. She is heartbroken over it. Hopefully we can get it fixed but it has been a great electronic to have especially for artists.
