I loved my pro for a few months after I bought it. iOS 11 came out and now it is crazy slow. I have tried everything online suggests to the point of resetting and starting all over. Everything is still slow. I use my air and cruises along so not my wifi. I will be putting the pro away or selling back to Best Buy at a loss. Apple is getting more and more disappointing. Why are they releasing updates that don't work!

I’ve had this iPad now for about 3 months, and I honestly can’t say I notice any difference from my iPad 5. As of late, with the updates, it’s running slower than what I’d expect from the newest iPad. Also, very buggy... from keyboard glitches, to not having auto fill work the same way, which requires me to log into my account when I want to see saved private info, it’s just a total pain in the butt. For the money, I’m probably going to return and exchange for the latest version of iPad 5, with more storage.not worth the extra hundred dollars.

Waiting on replacement, we'll see how that goes...

My worst purchases just don’t buy refurbished stuff from Best Buy because i think they brink these items from recycling bins after people throw them up I pad came with green line along with the screen Fortunately i went to apple store and they did replace it for my thank god there was still under manufacturing warranty

This tablet is a toy. It won't connect to any accessories except the iphone, a display, or a television. It will not connect to any data storage device or external hard drive. It won't connect to it's recommended DVD Apple Superdrive. It loads from your iphone identically and works like a big phone. Absolutely USELESS!!! Stick to a Microsoft Surface if you want a tablet for work!!!

I bought an iPad one year ago for my wife. in about 10 months it started acting up for no reason. Finally it locked up and would not come on. I took it to a man who works on computers and he tried everything to fix it with no luck. He tried to download new software but it would get stuck and not finish, no matter what he tried. I just wasted $600. Very disappointed.

Slow, and it just dents way too easy, I had an iPad mini for years, no dents, I had this for 1 month, and the back got dented multiple times.
